Our Response Regarding Coronavirus
The well-being of our customers, our employees and their families are of the utmost importance. Like all of you, we’re continuing to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely and have implemented preventative practices recommended by the CDC.
OFFICE VISITS AND CONTACT-FREE OPERATIONS:
Effective Friday 3/27, our office areas will be closed to in person contact. We’re still open and ready to help our customers, but safety is our highest priority. We’ve implemented processes to allow our staff to communicate with customers through barriers, over the phone, and by email.
MAKE PAYMENTS FROM HOME:
Convenient Ways to Pay
Auto-Pay: We’ll automatically debit your VISA/MC when your rent is due.
Phone: Call us at 704-735-6364 to pay by phone.
Mail: You can also send us a check or money order in the mail.
Drop Box: For your convenience, there’s a payment drop box located at the front of our office.
RENT UNITS BY PHONE:
We have technology in place that provides our customers the ability to rent a space in 5 minutes or less by phone. We’ll Complete your rental paperwork and it’ll be ready inside your unit.
FREQUENTLY WIPING DOWN SURFACES:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our, door handles, carts, keypads, light switches, and other places that are regularly used.
Office Hours: No changes have been made to office hours at this time.
Access Hours: 24/7 access remain the same at this time.
Contact-Free Operations: While we remain open during normal hours, effective Friday 3/27 our office areas will be closed to in person contact. We encourage you to use the various channels for interacting with us. Whether is by Facebook, email, calling, or by using our website, we are happy to assist.
