Darlene has been amazing to work with for my storage needs. She has been available what feels like 24/7 for my questions and needs. I was in a bind for something and she went above and beyond! The facility was always clean and well maintained. Never had any issues and knew my belongings were safe. Will use again!

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case it's definitely worth letting others know what a great storage facility this is. My husband and I have a unit with this company. We have the climate control unit, which helps protect our items from the heat. We have found, this company's units are always clean and the facility is well lit at night. They have secuity cameras monitoring the units 24/7. Also their gate is programed only to allow tenants to enter. Making this a safe facility. Management has been knowledgeable about how to store and protect our items. They are very helpful and friendly. Unit prices are reasonable. We were unable to find any other units cheaper than this company. We will continue to use and recommend this business base on the great service they provide. To the management, thanks for always insuring that our property is safe and secure.

I dealt with this location when my brother passed away in 2004 and the humanity and caring I was shown then made me return all these years later when I needed a unit. And I was not disappointed. Darlene helped me get a unit and gave me all the details quickly and efficiently. It feels good knowing I am dealing with someone who genuinely cares about her customers and is so invested in her work. Such a pleasure. I will recommend this storage to everyone.

We were looking for storage locally. Called a few spots and was referred to Lincoln Storage. I spoke with Darlene who was friendly and informative to what we needed. We had an appointment today with her who greeted us professionally and friendly. The appearance and cleanliness of the office and grounds impressed us. I would recommend this storage place to friends and family.

I used this place to store my furniture -- it was a complex move but the storage renting process was a BREEZE. Access points are well-lit for movers, and in case you need to be there at nighttime. It is also supremely well managed, friendly and efficient. The manager in particular went "above and beyond" (several times) to make sure everything was good for me and our movers. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Highly recommend this storage company! I had to move out of my old apartment and put everything in storage. When I called to get more information, Darlene really helped me out and got the whole process started before I even got there. Once I got there, she made everything such a smooth process, and really answered all my questions and was very helpful and kind! The climate units are very nice and clean. 100% recommend!

very impressed with my storage unit!! very clean and very safe!! I did have an issue with my lock the 2nd day trying to move in so I called Darlene at 10:00pm tonight and she rushed over to assist me and even replaced my lock for me with no questions asked!! she has been AMAZING throughout the whole process of renting my unit!! the climate control units are huge and definitely clean and affordable!! HIGHLY recommend this storage unit facility. I love the fact it's 24hrs!! Made moving this weekend sooo much easier!!

I have used this facility and was very pleased. It is ALWAYS clean, orderly and the local manager is so very helpful.
